Backpacking Lost Maples State Natural Area 13th - 15th January, 2001 In January of 2001, Troop 202's first activity was to go backpacking at Lost Maples State Natural Area, west of Bandera, TX. We had a great weekend hiking the deep valleys and steep hills of the limestone hill country. 15 Scouts and 10 adults attended this event. We also had a guest Venturing Scout from Crew 1711 and two retired members of Troop 202 joined us on this weekend. Come and join in the fun.
