Matt Rugaard, Eagle Scout, 12/2000

In March of 2000, Matt Rugaard undertook his Eagle Project at Stubblefield Lake in Sam Houston National Forest. Matt replaced fire rings in five of the campsites, breaking up the old rings and installing new rings in concrete foundation pads.
